April 30 – May 1 Clarion River Primitive Camping Trip
This trip will take us through the Allegheny National Forest and flows through both the upper and middle sections. A PFD is required to be worn at all times when paddling; at least one paddler in the boat must be experienced in both paddling and camping. You will be responsible for your own safety, food and gear. We will follow the Leave No Trace principles. Any questions please contact and check the Trumbull Canoe Trail’s website for the latest information. Please email me by Friday, April 15th if you are going.
Put-in – Lazy River Canoe Rental, 40 West Main St., Ridgway, Pa on Saturday April 30th at 9:30 am
Distance – About 26 miles
Camping – Midway
Take out – Heath Pump Station
