At 7:30 am sunday, the water level is 8.9

Aside from a few hairy situations, That was a blast. Unfortunately there was no time for pictures, way too many huge waves....

Thanks to trip leader, Mike D., and trip participants for an all out group effort in some challenging conditions and circumstances. A few pictures are posted in User Albums. And for the record, the Pelican Case that carries my camera worked like a charm. It must have been submerged for 15-20 minutes and the camera came out bone dry. As Jonathan said, there wasn't much time for picture taking today as the river demanded everyone's full attention.
