November 6th - Lake Newport

BYOK: Newport Finale
November 6, Saturday, 2 ? 4 pm
EXPERIENCED kayakers are invited to bring their boats on our Newport finale for 2010. Free, but please call Ford Nature Center (330.740.7107) by November 5 to register. For ages 18 and up. Participants must complete a waiver. Trip will be weather-dependent. Meet at East Newport Boat Launch.

Although we didn't get the weather I wanted (must have been on backorder and is being delivered this week!), we did have a decent enough day. The 10 who attended were treated to two bald eagles (or one eagle twice).
