Wink All about the paddling

Hello,

As you see by the agenda this weekend is all about the paddling. It is a new location with new offerings from the last 2 years at Pymatuning. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions. If anyone is able to bring fire wood that would be great. If anyone is missing the Pymatuning experience I have Group Campsite #8 reserved for Aug. 7th-11th for my church camp out. Any and all from the club are welcome to join us there.

Thanks Dustin Noel

Really sorry that I will be unable to attend at any point during the weekend. Hope it’s a great time for everyone.

Sad to say that Ken and Cheryl will miss this year's event. I was looking forward to it and the camping.

We received an unexpected invitation to some dear friend's 60th wedding anniversary on Saturday afternoon in Massillon. We can't miss it. This breaks up our weekend and Cochranton is a two hour drive so going back and forth isn't going to work for us. Groan.

Default All Set

Hello, I had a follow up meeting with Mark, the mayor of Cochranton, we are all set for a great weekend. Noel Canoe has demo nights at Goddard state park on Thursdays so I will not be there until 2-3 ish on Friday. If someone is going to arrive before that let me know so I can ensure you set up camp in the best spot. We will be able to have a camp fire so if anyone can bring firewood that would be great. If anyone has one of those off the ground fire pits that would be great but if not I will dig a hole and bring my ring. There are frost free water hydrants at the fairgrounds that will be on so water will be present. There is a Hiking trail from the fairgrounds to the park where the picnic is if you don’t need your car at the picnic and don’t mind a little walk. Please call with any questions but I am really looking forward to a fun filled weekend.

Thanks Dustin 724-301-4751

Stan, would you mind bringing your cold weather dry bag to show & tell as part of the cold water trailing?
