Conneaut creek
On Sunday Jessica and myself got a late afternoon paddle on conneaut creek.
We did a new section, we put in at the Creek Rd access and paddled 6 miles to woodworth ramp take out by the lake. USGS 2.03 ft. Several scrapes, Jess got out once. Many class 1 ripples and great senery. Lots of water fowl and a bald eagle. The lowest I will paddle this creek is 2ft USGS. This would make a great club trip. From the take out Jessica and I paddle a mile up and back towards the lake. Jess took pictures and will post soon. Lots of cool bridges as we made our way to the lake through conneaut. Mike

Nice pix, Jess! Looks like Mike "Mr. Canoe" Danko cunningly made his canoe look just like a kayak. Great job Mike, it almost looks like you're paddling a kayak....But we all know better.
