Once again, Ken, it appears that the open boaters exercised more common sense than the paddlers from the dark side by going nowhere near that mayhem. LOL! However, there was a lone T-gripper in a C-1...

Fish Ladder

This year's race went through the fish ladder, a steep jumble of narrow channels on river left (Maryland side). The river was probably way too high to hold it safely on the falls proper.
